1. Is your clothing really made to order? Yes! Every piece from Inside The Box Clothing™ is made just for you once your order is placed. We don’t keep piles of stock — it’s part of our commitment to reducing waste and creating more thoughtful fashion.
2. How long does it take to make and ship my order? Most orders take 5–7 business days to make before they ship out. You’ll get a confirmation email once your item is ready, followed by tracking details once it’s on the way.
3. Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed? If you need to update sizing, shipping info, or cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Because each item is made to order, changes after that window may not be possible.
4. How do I know what size to order? Since our pieces are made to order and we don’t currently offer a size guide, we recommend measuring yourself and comparing your measurements to standard sizing charts online (many fashion retailers or tailors provide reliable ones). Taking a moment to double-check your size helps ensure a better fit — and avoids unnecessary waste.
5. Do you offer customizations or personalized designs? At this time, we don’t offer customizations or personalized designs. All of our pieces are carefully designed in-house to reflect the Inside The Box Clothing™ aesthetic. We hope you find something that fits your style — and we’re always working on new drops.
6. Where do you ship to? We currently ship to the UK and Ireland. If you're outside these regions and want to place an order, send us an email at contact@insidetheboxclothing.com — we’ll do our best to accommodate international requests on a case-by-case basis.
7. How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We aim to keep rates fair and transparent — you’ll see the exact amount before placing your order.
8. How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use that link anytime to see the latest updates on your delivery status.
9. What happens if my package is lost or delayed? If your order hasn’t arrived or seems to be delayed, please email us at contact@insidetheboxclothing.com. We’ll contact the courier, investigate the issue, and make sure you’re looked after.
10. What is your return policy for made-to-order items? Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or preference. We encourage customers to double-check their measurements before ordering to help avoid disappointment.
11. Can I exchange something if it doesn’t fit? We don’t currently offer size exchanges, since we don’t carry stock and each item is made specifically for you. Please take care when ordering — if you need help figuring out your size, feel free to reach out before you place your order.
12. What if I receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged? If your order arrives with a defect or it’s not what you ordered, email us at contact@insidetheboxclothing.com within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly — either with a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
13. Why do you make clothing to order? We believe fashion doesn’t need to be wasteful. By making each piece to order, we avoid overproduction and unnecessary inventory — which helps reduce textile waste and keeps our focus on quality over quantity.
14. What materials do you use? Are they sustainable? We carefully select materials that balance comfort, durability, and environmental impact. While not every fabric is 100% sustainable, we always aim for better choices and continue improving our sourcing as we grow.
15. How does made-to-order reduce waste? Unlike mass production, where unsold inventory often ends up in landfills, made-to-order means we only produce what’s needed. It’s a slower, more intentional process that helps cut back on overproduction and encourages more mindful shopping.
16. Do you offer gift cards? Not yet — but we’re working on it! If you’d like to be notified when gift cards become available, join our mailing list or follow us on socials for updates.

18. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders? If you're interested in wholesale or bulk orders, email us with details at contact@insidetheboxclothing.com. We review these requests individually and will let you know what's possible based on the style and quantity.
19. Can I find you in physical stores, or are you online only? We’re currently an online-only brand, but stay tuned — pop-ups or stockists could be part of the journey in the future. In the meantime, everything you need is right here on our website.
