Ordering
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Pricing & Payment
Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
Made-to-Order Products
All products are made to order specifically for you. Please review sizing and product details carefully before purchase.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at contact@insidetheboxclothing.com. After this, production begins and cancellations are not accepted.

Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and trademarks are the property of Inside The Box Clothing™. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all wholesale purchases made with Inside The Box Clothing™ (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing a wholesale order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are available to registered businesses, retailers, or resellers. We reserve the right to accept or decline any wholesale application.
Orders & Pricing
Wholesale orders must meet a minimum order value of £500 excluding delivery. Prices quoted exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change but will be confirmed at time of order.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch unless a credit account has been approved. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, apple pay, google pay & paypal.
Production & Delivery
All items are made to order; please allow 14 business days for production. Shipping costs are calculated separately and charged at cost. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature, returns and exchanges are not accepted for wholesale orders unless items are faulty or incorrect. Claims for faulty or incorrect goods must be made within 7 days of receipt, with supporting evidence.
Intellectual Property
All branding and product designs remain the property of Inside The Box Clothing™. Wholesale customers are granted a non-exclusive license to market and sell our products in accordance with these Terms.
Resale
Wholesale customers agree to resell products at prices that maintain the brand’s positioning and integrity. Unauthorized resale through third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) is prohibited unless approved.
Confidentiality
Pricing, terms, and other wholesale information are confidential and must not be shared with third parties.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate wholesale agreements at any time with written notice.
