SHIPPING POLICY

Inside The Box Clothing™ is committed to delivering your made-to-order items safely and efficiently. Please read the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and Ireland only. For international orders, please contact us at contact@insidetheboxclothing.com.

Processing Time
All our products are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days from order confirmation for production before your item ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method, typically:

  • UK Mainland: 2–5 business days

  • Ireland: 3–7 business days
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., postal strikes, customs delays).
    If your order is not delivered within 30 days of purchase, you have the right to request a full refund.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. All costs will be displayed prior to order confirmation.

Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please use this to track your parcel via the carrier’s website. We cannot be held responsible for sending emails with tracking details to wrong, misspelt or temporary email address if provided that way by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@insidetheboxclothing.com. We will liaise with the courier and keep you updated. If your parcel is not delivered, we will take all reasonable steps to resolve the issue, including issuing a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can resend the order at the customer’s expense. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undeliverable parcels due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Cancellation
As all our items are made-to-order to your specifications, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Inside The Box Clothing™ operates a made-to-order model, so please read the following carefully before purchasing.

For items purchased online, UK law provides consumers with certain rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please read the following carefully:

Change of Mind / Exchange
You have the right to return or exchange your item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. This includes returns for a different size, colour or simply a change of preference.

Returned items must be in unused, resaleable condition. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us at contact@insidetheboxclothing.com as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the defect or damage

  • A description of the issue

Time Limits

  • For change-of-mind returns: within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • For faulty or misdescribed items: you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt. After this period, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement if the item is faulty.
